RECEIVING

We offer complimentary insured postage Australia-wide (via Australia Post Express) and insured paid postage worldwide (via FedEx priority). If you spend $500.00 AUD or more, you receive complimentary postage to destinations worldwide.

 

DESTINATION ADDRESS

It is the responsibility of our clients to provide us with the correct address at the time of “CHECK OUT” for the jewellery creations to be sent. If you think you have made an error inputting address please contact us within 60 minutes from time of placing order by e-mail with all the purchase details (client name, receipt number, jewellery piece name) indicating to us the destination address written out correctly.

 

SHIPPING TIMEFRAME

Parcels shipped to Australian customers are delivered within 1-7 business days, depending on the area. Parcels shipped to an international address will be delivered within 2 to 10 business days, depending on the location.

 

SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY

You will need to sign for your parcel on delivery, so please provide a delivery address where you (or the recipient) will be present at the time of delivery (usually a home or work address). In the event that no one is available to sign for a Special Delivery item, a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item redelivered at a later date, or to collect your parcel from your local collection depot.

 

DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT

All purchases sent by GEMS TO JEWELS are covered by insurance until you have signed for your parcel.

Our beautiful jewellery creations are sent in carefully packed parcels to avoid damage. In case of any damaged during transit please contact us immediately. Depending on the amount of damage to the jewellery creations, we may suggest returning it to us to be repaired. If the item is damaged beyond repair, we will place an insurance claim for the damaged item to be replaced.

 

LOST IN TRANSIT

In the exceedingly rare event that your purchase is lost in transit, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will immediately commence an investigation. If the parcel can not to be found, we will place an insurance claim for the missing item or items to be replaced.

 

PACKAGING

All jewellery creation pieces are packaged securely and in beautiful GEMS TO JEWELS boxes, which can be gift wrapped. All of our coloured gemstones are packaged in their relevant gemstone display cases. If this purchase is a gift and you would like it wrapped and a personal card to be included, please send us an e-mail to gemstojewelsofficial@gmail.com with your receipt number, order name and jewellery creation name after you have placed an order with us.
