Return Policy

At Gems to Jewels, we pride ourselves on delivering beautiful, quality, handcrafted jewellery and inspect each piece individually prior to posting it to you, though if the piece is found with a defect we are more than happy to have the item exchanged for another or extend full refund.

  • Our clients are provided 15 days to inspect the jewellery creations for any defects. Please notify

    • GEMS TO JEWELS within this 15-day time frame of the defect by sending us an e-mail to with your name, jewellery piece name, order date, receipt number and describing the defect.

  • The jewellery creations must be returned to us as soon as any defect is discovered within 30 days of receiving the jewellery creations and on condition, the defect was notified to GEMS TO JEWELS within 15 days.

  • Notification must be via email to us and must include your name, item purchased and the issue. The method of return of jewellery creations is to be determined by us but at your own risk and cost. A refund will be returned to you upon receiving and completing a full inspection of the goods.

  • So far as possible, Goods should be returned:

    • With both Goods and all packaging as far as possible in their original condition

    • Securely wrapped- the similar way they were delivered to you

    • Including our delivery slip; or manufacturer’s delivery slip

    • At your risk and cost – with insurance in case to cover any damage or loss by the postal service.

  • In returning faulty Goods please enclose with them a note clearly stating the fault and when it arises or arose.

Items should be returned with the original product tags attached and with all paperwork (such as diamond certificates and instruction booklets). Include a copy of your shipping confirmation email or order confirmation email in the package.

All returns are subject to inspection by our team before a refund is processed. We refund you the same way that you initially paid for your order within 15 business days of receiving your returned item. GEMS TO JEWELS will pay for any return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error or the item is damaged or defective.

30 Day Change of Mind

Goods are eligible for the 30 Day Change of Mind policy provided that they are in as new condition and are accompanied by proof of purchase.


Definition of 'As New Condition': The item must not have been worn; the item must be in pristine condition with no damage, scratches, or signs of wear. Determination of an item matching the definition of 'As New Condition' is at the sole discretion of GEMS TO JEWELS.


Please note that the 30 DAY CHANGE OF MIND policy will not apply to special orders (resized or altered design) and pieces of jewellery hand-made to customer specification.

Please note GEMS TO JEWELS does not accept returns when:

  • Items are not returned in their original condition i.e. have been worn, are damaged/tangled, not with the original jewellery box case provided and missing paperwork/certificates.

  • Items are returned outside the specified return timeframe.

  • The items are of a custom nature or that have been resized to fit.

GEMS TO JEWELS reserve the right to return the piece(s) to the sender, should any of the above occur with shipping costs covered by the owner of the jewellery pieces.

It is at the customer’s expense to safely return the jewellery creations to GEMS TO JEWELS as instructed by our team, and under clients’ responsibility until the goods arrive safely so please make sure to have the pieces insured with the postal service in case any loss or damage occurs by the courier.


If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel your order, you may cancel your order 60 minutes after your order has been placed online or with us over the phone. To do that please send us a direct e-mail to with the item ordered, your name and the shipping address the jewellery piece was meant to be posted.

Please note that orders that have already been handcrafted and/or have been dispatched will not be cancelled.
